I am attempting to print Mail Merge labels using Word.
I have chosen to use an Outlook Address Book as my datasource.
I want to print a label for only the contacts that are in a particular
category but when I go through the available fields, Category is NOT one of
them.
I am then forced to export my contacts to an Excel file and THEN the
Category field is available.

Am I missing something here??

Mail merges from Word cannot be sorted by Category.
Start the Merge from Outlook instead.
You can sort your Contacts Folder by category.
