How can I sort my address book entries by last name?
They are only listed by first name and then last name and
I am not able to change that listing.  In my contacts
folder I have them sorted by last name, first name.  I
have windows XP and Microsoft Outlook 2002.

I had the same problem.
The solution is in the Knowledge Base.

No. That only affects the Contacts Folder. The question was about the
address book. I already posted the answer.
