Hi,

I purchased Outlook 2003 pro, so I can also take
advantage of the new BCM.  I installed the syste, but no
BCM to be found.  The MS website is full of marketing
stuff, but no real help.  Maybe you guys can help me out?

Thanks,
Tom

BCM attaches itself to outlook. SO after you install it
you will see in the menu "Business Tools" that's where it
is.

Outlook 2003 does not include BCM. You would need to buy Office 2003
Professional or Small Business Edition and install BCM from the separate CD.

Sue...

Will MS offer Outlook 2003/BCM as a stand-alone product/upgrade to
those of us who bought MS Office 2000 Professional?  Or does it
require an XP OS and another purchase of Office 2003?  If that is the
case... it sucks.  Many of us are very happy with W2K Pro and Office
2K Pro, but would like to add in a nice module like Outlook 2003/BCM.

I take it that the BCM will NOT work with Outlook 2000.

No. As I said, BCM is available only in the Pro and Small Business bundles.
It works only with Outlook 2003.
