plz help....transfer .aba to outlook

hey
i just had a quick question on *.aba files

i want to transfer all my contacts from my really old palm(ancient) t
my new hp ipaq h1945....i created a address book file through pal
desktop but the only format i could save to was *.aba

i would like to get the *.aba file into outlook so i can tranfer tha
to my hp ipaq....unless someone knows how ot do it directly which woul
also be nice :D

hopefully that made sense

try opening the .aba file in Word to see if it can be massaged into some
kind of structured data format. Unless it can, Outlook cannot import it.
