In the course of rebuilding my pc, I backed up all
important information with the exception of the personal
address book. I did back up and restore the .pst file so
that all contact information was restored. Is there a way
to re-create a personal address book from all of the
contacts that exist in the .pst file.
The objective is to be able to see the contact list when
clicking on the "Send To" button in a new email -

Thanks in advance
Pete

Why would you need to? The Contacts Folder and Outlook Address Book replaced
PAB's more than 5 years ago. PAB's are no longer in use.

All right - let me re-phrase that ...

When I go to my email and open a new message and click
on "To" the "select names" dialog box is empty. In that
box I can change from Contacts or Outlook Address Book and
both lists are blank. However - if I click on
the "Contacts" icon in the left outlook pane - all 300
contacts are there -

How can I get them to show up in the "select nakes" dialog
box ..

Thanks
Pete

Add the Outlook Address Book to your profile and configure it. Post your
Outlook version if you need help doing that.
