won't show all fields

I can never get the company name to show on an
envelope....I only need to print 1 or 2 at a time so i
open word 2000.....bring up envelope screen then click on
the address book on the toolbar....and use contact
info...well everything comes on the envelope except the
company name....why is this...please help
