Rather than export my contacts I want to connect a access
table to them.  To get the fields I want I have to greate
a view and connect to that.  If I add lots of fields I get
cannot show view folder is full.
Is there a better way? Am I doing somthing wrong?

thank you

Fred

Is that error message coming from Outlook or Access? I've never seen it. Do
you have exact steps to reproduce the problem?

In any case, I think you're driving down a dead-end street. The linked table
method has major limitations, including the inability to show even all the
reasonably important fields. While articles have been written on how to
expand on this method's obvious features, I've never been able to duplicate
the results. See http://www.slipstick.com/dev/database.htm#linkedtables .

That page will also give you other ideas on how to work with databases and
Outlook together.
