undeleting a contact

After attempting to synchronize new information in a note on my ipaq to the existing contact on my PC, I got an error code. I deleted the contact on the PC and expected to copy/sync the whole contact info from the ipaq to the pc. However, the sync deleted the contact on the ipaq, as well! Now I'm left without the info on either! I serched for the the contact in the deleted items folder, but it doesn't appear there. I'm using pocket informant 4.6.1 on the ipaq 5555. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help

You would need to try to restore the contact from a backup of your .pst
file.
