Distribution List Problems

When I try to set up a distribution list using information from Outlook Contacts I do not get all the information required for every recipient. For example, I go to my envelope wizard and select "create a distribution list". Then I eventually go to a step that requires me to select my recipients from a file or folder. If I select recipients from Outlook Contacts it will import complete mailing information for one contact but not another. Both of these recipients have complete mailing addresses in the contacts folder but only one may import into my distribution list. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.

You seem not to understand what Distribution Lists are or what they are used
for. DL's contain names and e-mail addresses, and that's it. They are used
for sending email messages to multiple recipients. They do not contain
mailing addresses. That's what your Contacts Records are for.
