Contact Sub-Folders

I have several users who have made sub-folders under
their contact folder to categorize contacts.  They would
like to see these contact lists in the address list (when
you click on the "TO:" button) as an option when sending
emails.  They would also like to see these lists hotsynch
to their PDA's.  I can't see any other way to accomplish
this fete except to move each contact from the sub-folder
into the main contact folder and categorizing each
subfolder contact by the original list name.  Any
suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Address book: Easy -- check the box on the Properties dialog for the folder,
on the Outlook Address Book tab

Sync -- that's totally dependent on the capabilities of your PDA sync
software

Thanks, it worked great.  I discovered that I will need
to upgrade to the professional version of the
sychronizing software that came with our PDA devices to
hotsych the subfolders within the outlook contact list
but it is an easy fix.

Thanks again!!!

I'm guessing you are using Pocket Mirror, and thinking about upgrading to PM
Pro. Since you are using Outlook, check out KeySuite, which will do
everything Pocket Mirror Pro does, plus gives you a lot more on your PDA
with Outlook (categories, linking, etc.). They are the same price---this is
why I suggest it.
