When I attempt to send emails using my contact list, Outlook stops responding and eventually crashes. I am using Win2000 pro-os. I have some subfolders under contacts and they work just fine. I am not experiencing the non response as I do with the main contact list folder. What shall I do to resolve this? Try creating a new profile.
