We are using Outlook 2000. When you try and send a new
message and select sender from Contact list, Outlook hangs
and then shuts down.

I open new message>Select 'TO'>Select 'Contacts' under the
catagory "Show Names from the:".

As soon as I click on Contacts, Outlook hangs and then
closes down. Would anyone have any suggestions on how to
correct this problem.

Any help would be appreciated..Thanks in advance

The only solution that works for some is to create a new profile or remove
and re-add the Outlook Address Book Service to the current profile.
