Outlook 2003

When I try and access my address book from the 'new mail
message' drop-down and click on 'To:' only 4 of the
address folders are recognized. There are actually 20
address folders in my including cthe 'Contacts' folder.
Office 2003, Windows XP.

Have you enabled them all as email address book in their properties?
