When I changed my PC and O/S to  newer PC w/XP I copied
my Outlook contacts folder from 2000. How do I transfer
that data to Outlook 2003? I didn't export them from my
2000 outlook before changing over.

If the contacts are in a .PST file, open it in Outlook 2003's folder list
via File | Open | Outlook Data File, then copy the contacts from it into the
Contacts folder in the new .PST file.
