Hi Russ!
I had a problem with Outlook 2003 and the global
adressbook i exchange.
>> After i uppgrade Outlook 2002 to Outlook 2003 i have
problem when i write the name to the reciptian. Ex: in
the to field i wrote "Rickard Karlsson" and then i
press "Ctrl + K" to match the name in the Global
Adressbook, but i dint't get any matches. But if i
wrote "Karlsson Rickard" it get a hit of my namne in the
global adressbook.>>
The solution was i disable "Cachestore mode - Exchange",
after that i works again.
But now i wounder if a can use "Cachestore mode" in
Outlook 2003 and still can match adresses in the global
adressbook (Firstname Lastname)

I don't see what cached mode would have to do with this.
What is your sort order for the Outlook Address Book?

I Outlook adressbook i have firtname (middlenamne)
lastname. The funny part is that if i disable "Cachestore
mode - Exchange" i works fine right away. The Outlook
adressbook can match "firstname lastname", but not the
global adressbook. Note that i have the swedish version
of Outlook. I think that exhangeserver is version 5.5.

I'm not following. The only sort order you can specify for the Outlook
Address Book are "First, Last" or "File As..."

I have publish my Outlook adressbook settings on the
website "http://hem.passagen.se/wiskas/outlook/".
The setting are Address Book and "First, Last" or "File
As..."

This will not affect the File As... field for existing Contacts.
In what format is the File As... field in the GAL?

Sounds like an Exchange issue. You should post in an Exchange group.
