Russ

I seem to have the same (or at least a similar problem.  One contact list has 2 addresses in it and I'm not sure where it got them from.  One contains all the entries from the Outlook contacts I've got.  One displays an error that it's been moved, removed, or is not otherwise accessible.  When I go where you indicate, there is only one listed and my only option is to remove it or add another

Where are these coming from and how do I get rid of the 2 I don't want

Outlook 2003 by the way

Where do you see these two lists, then?
