When trying to access contacts in an email "To" it cannot find the contacts as there are two contact folders in the list subsequently displayed. how do I remove the empty contacts folder?? Post your Outlook version if you would like us to answer. Russ I seem to have the same (or at least a similar problem. One contact list has 2 addresses in it and I'm not sure where it got them from. One contains all the entries from the Outlook contacts I've got. One displays an error that it's been moved, removed, or is not otherwise accessible.
