I have a user that is moving mail clients, from Netscape
Messenger 4.7 to Outlook XP.  The issue is the address
books.  The address books in Netscape are *.ldif and
clearly in Outlook they are *.pst.  I have exported the
address book from Netscape to a file, and when I attempt
to import it using the import/export wizard, the end
result is zero files copied!  Please let me know if you
need more information to anwer this question...and thank
you in advance!

See if you can import it into Outlook Express first and then into Outlook

We are not using Outlook Express at work, I am against
setting up a third email client on the users desktop.  Any
other suggestions?

Not really it was a Microsoft knowledgebase article that recommended the use
of Outlook Express
