MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2004Export Contacts Folder to Excell
I am trying to export the contents of a new Contacts folder from Outlook 2003 to Excel; but not all the fields are available to match up, such as File As or User Defined for this Folder. Can this be done? I couldn't find an updated article for OL2003, but in previous versions you could not export user defined fields. You also could not export the "File As" field in previous versions because they were considered "Outlook internal use only". See the following article (for OL2000) for details.
