We are having a problem viewing the contact list when we
compose an email.  In the "Show names from the" box,
contacts does not appear.  When I right click on the
Contacts shortcut and go to properties and then Outlook
Address Book tab, everything in there is greyed out.  We
can't click on anything in this dialog box.  I can't find
another computer in our office where that box is greyed
out under that tab...has anyone else heard of this and
know how to fix it? Thanks for the help.
