Contacts inserts a country name, howver, it is not
consistent in my contacts.  Sometimes it automatically
inserts "United States of America" and other times the
file consludes w/ City, ST and ZIP.  The other issue is
when I recently added a contact in Brussels,
Belgium, "Contact" automatically inserted "United States
of America."

Is there a way to turn-off the addition of contry names?
