Hi,
I have a user that would like to have multiple address
books (i.e. more than 2) available to him via his Outlook
2002.

He doesn't want to create distibution lists as it means
he must send to everyone in that list when he uses it.
(picky guy) He wants separate address books for each of
his organizations.

Right now he has his contacts available as address
listings under his Outlook Address book and a Personal
Address book that also holds email address separatly.
Does anyone know of a way to add even more separate
address books ?

Add a new folder to hold contacts and, on its Properties dialog, make it
part of the Outlook Address Book.
