Is there any way that large numbers of addresses can be
downloaded directly into a group. I want to avoid the
laborious task of downloding to the address book and then
selecting names for the group from an ever-growşng
universe of addresses.
Thank you.

I think he means Distribution lists and I'd like to know
how to do that also. When you create a new contact you
can select a category for it but I can't add it to a Dist
list - can it be done?

No. You must open the DL to add members.
