Lost access to my contacts

Yesterday, Word lost access to my Contacts in the
envelope/label tool. It has worked well, then suddenly it
is gone and I can't find the right solution in Help.

Post your Outlook version and all changes you made to your configuration
that might have broken that connection.
Post details on what you mean by "lost access."
