retrieving outlook contacts from old disk

Hi, I had a fresh XP installation done, but have a D:\old disk\ folder
with all of my data on it. Where can I find my old contacts, personal
email folders and inbox? I can not start up the old outlook
installation, and I think it's outlook XP I had installed (not quit
sure). I am using Outlook 2003 in the new environment.

Any help would be really welcome, because I had all my christmas cards
and telephone numbers in there...

The file you need to back up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
