Frustrated in Outlook - 09 Jan 2004 21:14 GMT
Just bought a new Dell with Office 2003. Imported all
information from Outlook 200, including Contacts. When I
go to use "Update Now" on distribution lists, it claims
not to find the members in the Contacts, but they
definitely are there. Click on a single member of the
list and it says unable to find the contact, but it
definitely is there. How do I get the lists to recognize
the Contacts? Otherwise I won't be able to update the
lists in the future from changing a contact.

No way I know of. DL's have never survived an import to my knowledge. One
more reason to add to the list of why you should not import PST's. Reuse
PST's, don't import them.
