Outlook 2002 Auto Resolve Doesn't Work Properly

A user has OL2002 installed; typing in the first few letters of a name
will resolve if used in the same login session. When he logs off and
logs back on, OL doesn't "remember" what names have already been used
from the previous logon. The logon info is the same.
I can't find any info on this anywhere. Thanks in advance.
