Contacts with Both an E-Mail Add and a Fax NOs Listed Twice

We have just upgraded our NT4.0 SBS to Win2KSBS and
Office2000 to OfficeXP (Outlook 2002).

We now notice in our contacts with Both an E-Mail Address
and a Fax Number Are Listed Twice in the address book.

We search Microsoft web site and found this, (
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-
us;305361 ) but when trying this recommendation, it
deleted/removed some other information in the Contacts.

Is there any other ways we can fixed this?
