Switched fron OE to Outlook 2003

There are a couple things that are still giving us headaches with the new
e-mail system. Maybe you can help us figure out a way to work these out.

 1.. We have no way of tell what distribution lists people are on.
 2.. If we change an e-mail address under contacts, it does not change
their e-mail address any where else. In other works, if they are on a
distribution list, their old e-mail address stays on the distribution list.
We have to find what list they are on, delete them and re-enter them.

Membership in a DL is not a property that is attached to a Contact Record.

You are supposed to use the "Update Now" button in the DL for the second
task. It doesn't always work, however.
