I'll ask again.
How are you "turning it on?"
How do you know it's not working? Have you even repopulated your
autocompletion cache with enough names to tell?

Hello Russ,
I turned it on and off by going to tools> options> email
options> advanced email options> then I selected suggest
names when completing To,Cc and Bcc fields.
I send emails to the same people all the time so I would
think that the cache is populated. By the way, does the
cache file have a NK2 extension? I tried to find this
file after reading Microsoft Knowledge Base Article -
287854. I searched my hard drive but could not find it. I
didn't upgrade from Outlook 2000 but I was trying to find
a solution to my issue.
Thanks for all of your help
Keith

What was this "update" you applied? If it created a new profile, your
autocompletion cache started over from scratch.
See if autocomplete recalls an address to a message you must sent.
