Archiving folder in Outlook - 15 Jan 2004 01:31 GMT
For some reason I have 2 archiving folders in Outlook. and when I do backups it is not easy to decide which is is which. When I check View or Change Existing Accounts, Deliver new e-mail to the following folder, it shows as a optino the two archive folders, they are really there then. Would you know how to get rid of one of them? I appreciate.

Are they both open in Outlook's Folder List?  If so, can you close them by
right-clicking their root folders and selecting Close from the popup menu?
