I want to change the way all my exsisting contacts appear
(and change them all at once not one at a time), for
example (instead of first name last and last name first)
change to first name first and last name last. I would
also like to add the name of the company to the view of
all exsisting contacts ( I have the company information
entered but would like to change all contacts at once  
(not one at a time). I would also like to know the best
way to send out an email mailing and to make labels for a
letter mailing,  to all contacts. Thanks for your help.
