Outlook Business Contacts Manager wants to create new folders for accounts and business contacts, and separate the business contacts from personal contacts. Can a Palm sync. with multiple contacts folders, or will this mean that one set of contacts will not be loaded into the Palm. If so this is a fatal flaw for BCM.
That depends entirely on the synchronization software that you're using. For
example,Chapura has updated its PocketMirror Professional utility to work
with the Business Contacts folder from BCM.
We have also heard of people using Pocket Contact Synchronizer, a free tool
from Microsoft, to copy contacts automatically from the BCM Business
Contacts folder to your main Contacts folder. The main Contacts folder can
be synchronized with any PDA sync tool. A forthcoming version of Intellisync
will support BCM, but the version 5.3 or earlier does not.

Is this issue only with the Retail version?
