I need help on three issues

1

I have 2 contact lists ( named Handspring Contacts - hotsync from my PDA-  & Outlook E-mail Addresses - formerly imported from Outlook express) within the "Contacts" folder of my recently started Outlook 2002

I can see and access both contact lists separately by viewing the dropdown in the folder list, but I cannot see both lists when I attempt to access the "Address Book" icon on the menu bar or when using the "To" entry when composing a new e-mail

How can be able to access both lists from the "Address Book"  icon or when creating a new e-mail

2

When viewing the listing generated from "Address Book" icon on the menu bar, Only Name- Display name-E-mail address-E-mail type are displayed. How can I add additional field to show & permantly re-size them

3

Although I have selected to use the Last,First option to sort and display entries in my contact lists in the preferences dialog box, they still come up as First,Last default. How can I change that to my preference permantly

Thanks

1) Enable the subfolders as email address books in their Properties /
Outlook Address Book Tab.

2) You cannot customize the Outlook Address Book

3) Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there
