I am continuing to have difficulty sorting my Contacts. I
am using Outlook 2003.  In my older version of Outlook
(2001). I could simply click on the column to change the
sort order, is this not available in 2003? Also, my
address book is empty, shouldn't my contacts copy over
automatically?

There is no Outlook 2001. The Outlook Address Book has never sorted that
way. Only the Windows Address Book does.

Go to Tools > E-mail accounts > View or change existing directories or
address books > Outlook Address Book > Change. > Set your sort order there

It also sounds as if you have not yet installed and configured the Outlook
Address Book Service correctly in your profile. You'll need to do so.
If you don't know how, check the KB or post back. Include you installation
path if you do.
