I create a new mail message from Outlook 98 and either I drag a contact card from "Contacts" into that message or I open up a contact card and do a forawrd from the Action menu to send this contact information card to an Internet Mail address using Outlook 98.

When the message is retrieved from Out look 98 using the Internet Mail, the contact attachment is not viewable.  The attachment becomes a blank message and the contact information is not there as if it was never sent.  The same message can however be viewed from the Sent folder and the contact card as an attachment is in tact and completely viewable.

Two options:
1. Try forward as vCard
2. Insert the Contact as an Outlook item in a message in RTF format.

I will try that but isn't the vCard only viewable from WAB format from Outlook Express?

No. It is supported by Outlook as well.
