Customized Form

I have created and loaded a customized form on my public folders in my office. However, on one persons computer, the form keeps reverting back to the default form. THis user has recently upgraded to Outlook 2003. Has anyone else encountered this problem and is there a workaround that is available?

Don't let the user connect to the public folder through Public
Folder\Favorites. It will corrupt their forms cache.
