what version of outlook did you use to create the contacts? field names
changed between one version. To see what the field name is, export the
contacts to excel and you can see the field names and which field your
contact's address are in.

I'm using 2002 for both word and outlook. But I'm not
sure what you are asking me to do. Do you or anyone else
have 2002 and could you see why the zip will not stay in
the field as I described in the prior post. If I export
to excel, what will that do? What am I looking for
exactly?
