How do you copy Contacts to disk and?

Can someone please tell me how to copy my contact files
to a disk from my old computer that has 2002 Outlook then
install them on my new computer that has 2003 Outlook? I
have tried what Microsoft says in Help but that does not
work! Thanks!!!

The file you need to transfer up is your Personal Folders file (*.pst) It's
where all the mail, calendar, contacts etc are stored.
