Hello, I have a bunch of mail addresses and they are sorted into categories, some of mail addresses are members of more then one category, now when I want to send bulk mail, can I sort out mail addresse in that way that I get every mail address only once even if it is listed in more then one category, I do not want same mail address more then once. thanx /goran You can use a filtered, ungrouped view to show everyone who is a member of the categories you want to send to.
