I need to create a distribution list from everyone listed
in the TO: field.  I tried selecting and copying into a
new Distr list, but it just puts the name of the contacts
without the internet addresses.

Thanks
Jerry

Unfortunately there isnt a way the I know of to add addresses from the To:
line to a distribution list. I have provided some links to an article on
the basics of creating a distribution list
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;192414 and on
programmatically adding e-mail accounts to a distribution list
http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=KB;EN-US;269861. Both of
these articles are for Outlook 2000 as I am not sure which version of
Outlook you are using. There are many articles about Outlook Distribution
lists in the Microsoft Knowledge Base, you can find them at
http://support.microsoft.com. I hope this information is helpful.
