I often need to send emails to a subset of a distribution list. I would like
to do one of the following, but have not been able to figure out how. Any
suggestions? Thanks.

1. In the distribution list properties, I would like to be able to highlight
the names that I want, then send emails only to those names.

2. In the "To..." field in a new message, I would like to add a distribution
list (MyTeam). Then I would like to be able to expand it to show the
individual names instead of MyTeam. That way I can delete the ones I don't
want.

3. What about using categories? Can I put everyone in my distribution list
under a category, then select them in the Contacts folder to send an email
to?

This option is only available in Outlook 2003.
