How do I import mail or messages from Netscape 7x to
Outlook 2002?

Also, How do I import or export addresses to or from Act
5x and Outlook 2002?

One way you can go from Net7 to Outlook is by exporting your Net7 address
book in LDIF format - import the LDIF file in Outlook Express - and then
export from OE to CSV and import the CSV into Outlook. Not the quickest way
to get it done but it should work.

As for To/From Act5?Outlook - you should take a look here
http://www.slipstick.com/addins/contacts.htm  - there are a number of
companies that provide tools specifically for Outlook/Act - you should be
able to find something useful on the Slipstick site.
