business contacts won't collapse

Just got Outlook 2003

- setting up "business contacts" I found that the
commands "collapse all groups" & "expand all groups"
don't actually work!! It does in the normal contact area
but not in business contacts.

Does anyone know how to make this work?

By "business contacts" you mean Business Contact Manager and its Business
Contacts folder? Which view are you working with?
