cannot design form - business contact manager

In Outlook 2003, I cannot choose "Design this form" to
customize the Contacts forms that came with MS Outlook
Business Contact Manager.  If I choose the forms manually
via "Design a form" instead, I can edit the forms but
cannot publish them (bogus MAPI/out of memory error
results).  Outlook's standard contact forms edit &
publish without error.

Can anyone advise me re: how I can edit the "Accounts"
and "Business Contacts" forms that were installed with
Businesss Contact Manager?  Many thanks.

This is by design. BCM does not support customization of its forms.
