MS Office Forum / Outlook / Contacts / January 2004Contacts Subfolders Missing
When opening a new mail message, clicking the To button to select recepients, no subfolders of Contacts appear in the dropdown list beside Show Names from the: I tried removing and reinstalling the Outlook 2000 component, and have tried running Office 2000 Service Pack 3 and the updates from the Office Update site. What had me confused, is that on my Desktop, I didn't have to take any additional steps, but on the laptop, I need to specify the folder as an address book. In Outlook go to the contact folder that you want to see in your "To:". Right click on that folder, goto properties.
