I would like to export/import our companies address book
into my outlook account.  All works fine, except for the
IM Address field (Instant Messaging Address).  If I have
a value assigned to it in my contact and do a full
standard Microsoft export the IM Address is not
exported.  I tried to import it as well, but by not
knowing what value to give the header to map it I can't
do so.  Any help?
Thanks, Stefan

Don't talk my uninformed guess as the final answer, but it *may* be that
the new field is not included in the export function's 'template.'  It
may be considered a "custom field".  In which case you'll have to make
your own export template.  Look at
http://www.slipstick.com/dev/customimport.htm  Microsoft Support
Knowledgebase articles also document this; inlcude your Outlook version
in the search parameters for better search results.  e.g.  OL2000,
OL2002.
