Business Contact Error Message

When I try to add new contact or open business contact,
receive error message:  "The form required to view this
file cannot be displayed" and "Array index out of bounds".

Any suggestions to fix welcome.

Is this the released version?

Try clearing your form cache. Find and delete the file frmcache.dat with
Outlook closed. Then try to launch teh form again.

BCM sometimes has what's known as a "forms cache" problem. Clearing the
cache usually fixes it. Choose Tools | Options | Other | Advanced Options |
Custom Forms, then click Manage Forms, then Clear Cache.
