Where is the best place to send/post feature requests for
future versions of Outlook 2003 Business Contact Manager?

Thanks,
Robo

You can use mswish@microsoft.com and outwish@microsoft.com

Sue,
My shop uses Exchange 2000 Professional server, and we'll
have completed moving our 500 users to an AD environment
very soon.  Will BCM function correctly as an enhanced,
shareable 'Contacts' application?  Does the book contain
pertinent information for topics such as this?

No, BCM is strictly a standalone application and technically is not
supported with Exchange except for SBS 2003 (but there are ways around
that).

Since BCM is not designed to be a customizable application, the material in
my book, which deals with programming, doesn't apply.
