I would like to export the contents of an Outlook 2003 distribution list to
a file that can be imported into Excel. Is this possible? I would like to
be able to select the fields to export.

What information are you trying to export? You might find it more productive
to save the DL as a text file.

I wish to export the contact name, title, email address, phone, fax, and address. I want to have this in Excel.

Personal distribution lists don't contain that information. They have only
the name and email address for each DL member. You can get that by saving
the DL as a text file.

Please take the time to quote the original message so that people reading
your current response can understand what you're talking about. Otherwise,
you may not receive the answer you're looking for.
