Phone numbers are not coming in correctly .. a whole different set of #'s appears in the phone # fields. Any suggestions? Your phone numbers are more then likely being picked up as numeric fields resulting in what appear to be bizarre numbers showing up as phone numbers - generally happens within Excel files (you didn't specify the file type you're using).
